Interesting Facts:
- Omri is the first king of Israel or Judah to be mentioned in a document outside of the Bible. He was mentioned in a Moabite inscription found by archaeologists.
- Omri was also mentioned in several ancient Assyrian documents, making him a very famous king in his world in his time.
