Preparing Faithful Productive Christians

At Teach One Reach One Ministries our passion is helping children and teens build unshakable faith foundations and reach their full God given potential. By offering valuable resources and support, we hope to empower you to achieve these goals in whatever roles you play in the lives of young people.

Our Support Services

Teach One Reach One Ministries provides resources and support we believe are vital to your ministry. This includes Bible lessons for children and teens, activity ideas, volunteer training resources, ministry best practices manuals, Christian parenting resources, seminars, workshops, consultation and more. All of our resources are designed with the goal of helping young people grow to become mature, productive Christians, who will strengthen the Church.

Founder of Teach One Reach One Ministries

Thereasa Winnett

She holds a BA in education from the College of William and Mary and has served in all areas of ministry to children and teens for more than thirty years.

Thereasa Winnett is the founder of Teach One Reach One Ministries and blogger at Parenting Like Hannah. She holds a BA in education from the College of William and Mary and has served in all areas of ministry to children and teens for more than thirty years. Thereasa regularly leads workshops for ministries and churches. She has conducted numerous seminars, including sessions at Points of Light’s National Conference on Volunteering and Service, the National Urban Ministry Conference, Pepperdine Bible Lectures, and Lipscomb’s Summer Celebration. She also guests lectures at the Ukrainian Bible Institute. Thereasa lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband Greg, where she enjoys reading, knitting, traveling and cooking.

Savannah Negas

Born and raised in the Church of Christ, where her passions for missions and working with kids and teens were cultivated.

Savannah Negas was born and raised in the Church of Christ, where her passions for missions and working with kids and teens were cultivated. From the age of 11, she has helped plan and implement curriculum in Inner City Atlanta, St. Vincent, and Cozumel, Mexico. In May 2015, she graduated summa cum laude from Berry College with a degree in childhood education. While in college, she interned with East Cobb Church of Christ’s children’s ministry for four consecutive summers and was president of Berry’s Charter Association of Student Educators. Savannah currently teaches in Cobb County, Georgia. She believes strongly in experiential learning opportunities that incorporate creative hands-on activities and social contexts for students to thrive and learn life skills. Her favorite hobbies include reading, scrapbooking, hiking, and relaxing at coffee shops with teens as they plan amazing things they can do to make a difference.

Tamara Behlarian

Member of the Church of Christ in Kiev, Ukraine and is involved with the Let’s Love Foundation.

Tamara Behlarian is a member of the Church of Christ in Kiev, Ukraine and is involved with the Let’s Love Foundation. She enjoys volunteering in local orphanages, taking photos for church projects and singing. She is currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Christian Education. Tamara provides many of the beautiful photos you will find throughout our website.

Cecelia McCord

Structured Literacy Dyslexia specialist working with students K-12 who have Dyslexia or exhibit other literacy development challenges.

Cecelia McCord is a Structured Literacy Dyslexia specialist working with students K-12 who have Dyslexia or exhibit other literacy development challenges. In May 2018, she graduated from Georgia College and State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. In May 2020, she graduated from Walden University with a Master's degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy. She has six years of experience as an elementary school teacher and has been providing online structured literacy intervention for two years. Throughout her experience in public school teaching, Cecelia found her passion in working one-on-one with students who struggled with literacy. This led to her pursuit of her Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist Certification through the Center for Effective Reading Instruction. She strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of each student she meets through developing their confidence as a person and a learner. Cecelia currently lives in Marietta, Georgia with her husband Jacob and dog Charlie. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and catching up on the latest Netflix documentaries.

Evelyn Thon

Teaching the four and five year old class in Bible School for more than fifty years,

Evelyn Thon has been teaching the four and five year old class in Bible School for more than fifty years. Married for fifty-six years to her high school sweetheart, she has two adult children and three granddaughters. Evelyn enjoys horseback riding, crafts, photography, and blogging to encourage an active senior lifestyle at Southern Nana. You will find her photographs throughout the site.

Our curriculum is designed to be used as an entire curriculum or to use pieces of it to enhance whatever you are already using. In fact, we encourage you to use our learning objectives, interesting facts and meaningful, memorable, hands-on activities to make all of your Bible classes more impactful.

Why do your children’s Bible lessons have activities for language arts, math, ESL, science, health and hygiene and sustenance and survival as well as the expected Bible class activities?

Teach One Reach One Ministries provides resources for all sorts of ministry to children and teens. These additional activities can be used for faith based tutoring, homeschooling, family devotionals, camps, mission trips and various other ministry activities.

Is it okay to email Teach One Reach One Ministries about specific questions I have about my ministry?
