Two Great (Free) Ways to Support Christian Parents

Parenting has never been easy and Christian parenting is especially difficult. You can’t just raise “good”, “happy” kids. They need to have a strong faith foundation and be developing to their full God given potential. And in a world that is selfish and fallen, you are asked to raise kids who are counter cultural, with servant, loving hearts and godly character.

What’s worse is that only about a fourth of Christian parents feel like their church is regularly providing them with information that helps them parent better. That means ¾ of the parents of the young people your ministry serves feel isolated and unsupported by your ministry.

Teach One Reach One Ministries has two free tools to help. The first are our printable parenting sheets. These are one page resources on a variety of the most requested parenting topics. Each sheet has some basic parenting tips as well as supporting scriptures to inform and encourage. You can print them off or provide parents with links.

Our other resource is our Parenting Like Hannah Christian parenting blog. Twice a week, we post new material with tips, ideas and encouragement. By signing up for the newsletter in the Parenting Like Hannah area, parents can receive these posts delivered straight to their inbox (we don’t share or sell info). You can also share posts in your own communications or send links to specific posts.

Don’t leave your students’ parents feeling isolated and unsupported. Give them regular information to help them parent their kids towards God.
