• Students will learn it sometimes requires faith and bravery to do what God wants us to do.

Interesting Facts:

• David would have become an expert “slinger” as a shepherd. Many armies of the time used slingers as fighters.
• An accomplished slinger could sling a rock with enough force to do as much damage as a modern bullet.
